Forgotten your password? Use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page. Lost the phone with your authenticator app? Write to us from the address on your account, and we'll help you back in once we know it's you.
Reporting a security problem
If you find a weakness in Gleanloop, please tell us at info@gleanloop.com with “Security” in the subject, and give us a chance to fix it before telling anyone else. Please don't look at, change or keep other people's data while testing. We'll reply within two working days and keep you told about the fix.
